PSD Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support key projects in the air transport IT space. You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate diverse cross-functional teams, and ensure value delivery for stakeholders.

You will work with English and Spanish-speaking stakeholders, applying agile or hybrid approaches, governance, and risk mitigation to keep scope, budgets, and timelines on track.

Formación

• 5+ years of IT PM experience on technical programs.
• Strong governance, budget and schedule management.
• Proficient in Agile/Hybrid delivery and stakeholder comms.
• Experience coordinating cross-location teams.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects from scoping through closure with governance.
• Define requirements and coordinate technical experts.
• Manage resources and cross-functional teams across locations.
• Ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
• Identify blockers and drive removal.
• Oversee governance and change management processes.
• Manage communications with stakeholders and sponsors.
• Foster customer-centric, collaborative team culture.
• Learn customers, products, and strategy of the Product Portfolio.
