Job summary

EY in Madrid seeks a Global Microsoft Industrial & Energy Alliance Relationship Director to coordinate and deliver sector-led alliance activation across EY and Microsoft accounts.

You will manage day-to-day alliance relationships, governance, pipeline insights, and contracts, aligning sector priorities with alliance growth, with a strong emphasis on enterprise technology and the Industrial & Energy industries.

Qualifications

• Provide leadership in relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, operational support, strong relationship building skills and highly organized.
• Deep Industrial & Energy industry knowledge across sectors and a strong understanding of market trends driving growth, transformation and innovation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem and the ability to position these capabilities against transformation priorities.
• Ability to translate client priorities into alliance plays, go-to-market activities, pipeline acceleration and account activation.
• Experience in alliance management, business development, or sector-led growth in tech or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Execute alliance strategy aligned with Microsoft priorities and EY sector growth goals.
• Facilitate top-to-top relationships and program management for strategic sector opportunities.
• Drive governance with clear accountability across regions, practices and accounts.
• Provide actionable insights to executives, including pipeline, performance and market observations.
• Support activation of priority solutions and partner programs across Industrial & Energy.
• Deliver alliance intelligence with financial reporting, impact and activation insights.
• Identify and activate priority accounts, map relationships, and oversee contracts as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, independence and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing and Communications to define sector messaging and assets.
• Partner with regional leaders to execute marketing and enablement activities.
• Contribute to the global alliance network with knowledge sharing and best practices.
