Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Microsoft Consumer & Health Alliance Relationship Director to coordinate with Microsoft Global Alliance Leadership and EY leaders across the Consumer & Health sector. The role drives alliance strategy, governance, and activation across priority accounts, leveraging EY and Microsoft capabilities to unlock growth.

The role requires deep Microsoft ecosystem knowledge, sector experience, and strong leadership to manage cross-regional programs and deliver measurable pipeline

Qualifications

• Experience in alliance management, business development, go-to-market activation or sector-led growth in a technology or professional services company.
• Experience and evidence of success in building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly credible communicator with excellent organization and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute Microsoft Consumer & Health alliance strategy in alignment with Microsoft Global Alliance priorities and EY sector growth agenda.
• Facilitate top-to-top Microsoft and EY Consumer & Health relationships and program management to mobilize strategic sector opportunities.
• Drive governance across global service lines, sectors, priority accounts and Microsoft counterparts with clear accountability.
• Provide insights to EY and Microsoft leadership including pipeline, performance, and market observations.
• Identify and activate priority Consumer & Health accounts and alliance contracts where required.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, independence requirements, and alliance governance.
