EY GDS Spain is seeking a Technology Strategy & Consulting Senior Manager in Malaga with a strong business acumen and broad technology understanding. You will influence senior stakeholders, guide technology-enabled transformations, and lead cross-functional engagements in a hybrid office setup.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, client engagement at C-level, and collaboration across international teams, with a focus on delivering impactful technology-driven solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience within a Big Four, consulting firm, or technology advisory environment.
• Proven experience in IT Strategy, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, or Technology Advisory.
• Experience supporting or leading pre-sales, proposal development, business development, or commercial activities.
• Strong experience engaging with senior client stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
• Broad understanding of technology architecture, IT operating models, and business technology alignment.
• Experience working across large and complex transformation portfolios.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ideally, intermediate or advanced level of French or German.
• Experience within industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, or other complex enterprise environments.
• Exposure to Enterprise Architecture, Technology Strategy, Vendor Strategy, or Technology Operating Models.

• Lead and support IT strategy and technology consulting engagements across various industries.
• Participate in business development, sales, and pre-sales activities, helping shape proposals and client solutions.
• Translate client needs into technology-enabled recommendations and transformation roadmaps.
• Advise on IT strategy, operating models, technology governance, and application landscapes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design integrated solutions aligning business and technology.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
