ExoClick, a global ad company with offices in Barcelona, seeks a Business Development Manager for its Publishing Department in Barcelona. You will search for new clients, grow market share, and coordinate with Advertising and Publishing teams to meet client needs.

Fluency in English and Russian is essential, with CRM and data-driven sales experience valued. You will contribute to a dynamic, international team in a high-visibility role, engaging with publishers worldwide, and driving growth

Formación

• Proactive with strong communication and sales skills.
• Experience in CRM management and lead management.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent presentation and teamwork across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Drive all phases of the sales lifecycle: identify, qualify, meet, propose value, negotiate, and close.
• Maintain a Sales Pipeline using a CRM system.
• Identify and develop new publishers and opportunities.
• Develop growth plans for your client portfolio and cross-sell where possible.
• Advise on ad placements and optimization strategies across formats.
