Syntegon Telstar S.R.U is a company within the Syntegon Group, handling GMP consulting and process equipment projects for life sciences industries. This role focuses on accounts payable processing, ensuring accurate invoicing, approvals, and timely payments in a multinational setting.

The position requires strong Excel and SAP FI knowledge, and experience with Basware or similar tools. An apprenticeship in commerce and a structured, analytical approach are desired traits for success.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in accounts payable accounting.
• Excellent analytical and teamwork skills with an independent, structured working style.
• Very good written and spoken English in an international work environment.
• MS Excel and SAP FI module experience; Basware knowledge a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review and post incoming invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts, ensuring amounts match terms.
• Ensure in the workflow tool that invoices have adequate approvals prior to payment.
• Handle incoming vendor invoices by central mailboxes or post in a timely manner.
• Complete closing procedures for the AP sub-ledger and intercompany transactions with the General Ledger.
