Fagron in Barcelona is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for our Shared Service Center. You will process supplier invoices, ensure proper approvals, match invoices to POs, and prepare payments to suppliers, maintaining reconciled vendor accounts.

The role requires a degree in Business Administration or Finance, fluency in English, and Greek (German a plus). Hybrid work arrangement and health benefits are offered.

Formación

• Academic degree in Business Administration or Finance.
• Fluent in English; Greek is required, German a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process supplier invoices in Dynamics AX/365 using Exflow.
• Review invoices for legal and company requirements and approvals.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare outgoing payments to suppliers.
• Maintain vendor open items and clearing accounts; reconcile regularly.
• Prepare monthly accruals for late-posted invoices.
• Suggest process improvements to KPIs.
