Fagron Tech is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Leader to lead and develop the AP team within the Shared Service Center, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, expenses, and payments. You will work with Finance, Procurement and business teams to maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure compliance with financial controls.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in an international/Shared Service Center environment.
• Experience leading, coaching, or supervising an AP team.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, including invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and controls.
• Experience with ERP and workflow tools (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics or similar).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Accounts Payable team, fostering a high-performing culture.
• Oversee end-to-end AP process, ensuring accurate invoices, expenses, and payments within SLAs.
• Monitor workload, KPIs, and productivity for efficiency and service quality.
• Act as escalation point for complex AP issues and vendor queries.
• Ensure timely vendor payments and strong supplier relationships.
• Review and improve AP processes with opportunities for automation and standardization.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, with reconciliations and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial regulations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and other stakeholders to optimize cross-functional processes.
• Participate in projects related to improvements, system implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
