Workwide is seeking a fluent German speaker with hands-on GDS booking experience to join a premium concierge travel team. This fully remote role handles travel requests from first contact to final delivery, advising on flights, hotels and events.

You will use GDS tools, communicate in German and English (C2/C2), and stay calm under pressure during busy periods. Offer: €28,000–€32,000 gross per year, permanent contract with six-month probation, relocation flight covered, a paid sabbatical every

• German and English at C2 level.
• At least 1 year of GDS experience.
• Travel industry booking experience required.

The role

You are the personal travel contact for members who book through a premium concierge service. You advise, plan and book everything from individual flights to full itineraries, plus hotels, restaurants and events. Members expect things to just work, and you make sure they do. You'll join a team of about 20 to 25 people.

What you'll do

• Advise on, plan and book travel, from individual flights to complete itineraries
• Research and arrange hotels, restaurants and events
• Own each request from first contact until it's closed
• Handle bookings accurately in the GDS
• Keep service quality and accuracy high, even at high volume

What you bring

• C2 German and C2 English, written and spoken
• At least 1 year of GDS experience, ideally Amadeus (Sabre or Galileo also welcome)
• Work experience in the travel industry with hands-on booking. This role is not suitable for career changers.
• A real passion for travel, food, events and culture
• A service mindset, flexibility, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• The right to live and work in Spain without a visa or sponsorship (e.g. EU citizenship)

Working hours

5 days a week within 08:00 to 22:00 Spanish time (09:00 to 23:00 in summer). Either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, so one weekend day is always included.
