Job summary

Workwide is seeking a fluent German speaker with hands-on GDS booking experience to join a premium concierge travel team. This fully remote role handles travel requests from first contact to final delivery, advising on flights, hotels and events.

You will use GDS tools, communicate in German and English (C2/C2), and stay calm under pressure during busy periods. Offer: €28,000–€32,000 gross per year, permanent contract with six-month probation, relocation flight covered, a paid sabbatical every

Qualifications

• German and English at C2 level.
• At least 1 year of GDS experience.
• Travel industry booking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Advise on, plan and book travel from flights to full itineraries.
• Research and arrange hotels, restaurants and events.
• Own each request from first contact until it's closed.
• Handle bookings accurately in the GDS.
• Maintain high service quality and accuracy, even at high volume.
