Flourish in Madrid is seeking a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to research German-speaking markets, initiate conversations, and qualify opportunities for Account Executives. You will use phone, email and LinkedIn to generate pipeline and learn consultative sales skills in a dynamic tech environment.

The role offers a €40,000 base salary plus €15,000 OTE, with clear career progression in an international team and a strong emphasis on training from day one.

Formación

• Fluent German and English required.
• Graduate or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a tech sales environment.

Responsabilidades

• Research companies and identify decision makers across German-speaking markets.
• Use phone, email and LinkedIn to start meaningful business conversations.
• Qualify opportunities and book meetings for Account Executives.
• Understand business challenges and introduce relevant solutions.
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales to create pipeline growth.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity updates.
