Flourish in Madrid is seeking a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to drive new business opportunities. You will research German-speaking prospects, initiate conversations via phone, email and LinkedIn, and qualify leads for Account Executives.

The role is based in Madrid with an on-site setup, offering a base salary of €40,000 plus €15,000 OTE and clear growth paths within a multilingual sales team.
