Flourish in Madrid is seeking a German-speaking SDR to join our DACH-focused sales team. You will speak with businesses across German-speaking markets, build relationships with senior decision makers, and qualify leads to book meetings for Account Executives.

We offer €40,000 base salary plus €15,000 OTE, fluent German and English required, and a path to future opportunities in technology sales with industry-leading training and international exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Speak with businesses across German-speaking markets.
• Build relationships with senior decision makers.
• Create opportunities through phone, email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales teams.
• Develop world-class sales and communication skills.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
