Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Sales and Onboarding Specialist. Hybrid workplace with hybrid setup at World Trade Center Barcelona.

You will onboard new German-speaking clients, drive growth with Google Ads solutions, and help customers achieve success while maintaining a proactive, results-driven approach.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years sales/marketing experience preferred.
• C2 German and C1 English proficiency.
• Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new German-speaking clients and drive growth in the German market.
• Act as trusted advisor delivering Google Ads solutions to clients.
• Minimize churn and identify opportunities for upsell and advocacy.
• Maintain high standards of service and meet quarterly targets.

Purpose of the Role

As a German Google Ads Sales Executive, you will drive growth for our valued clients in the German market. You will serve as a trusted advisor, focusing on providing exceptional service-oriented Google Ads solutions to emerging businesses and established local enterprises. Your objective is to onboard a portfolio of new clients, minimize churn, and identify opportunities for growth and advocacy. We seek a proactive individual with a proven sales track record who can thrive in a goal-oriented environment and deliver high-performing PPC campaigns.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience
• Proven sales and/or marketing experience (2+ years preferred)
• C2 level of German and C1 level of English
• Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills

Relocation package

• Flight expenses to Barcelona
• 1 month of accommodation provided upon arrival while you find your permanent home
