Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Sales and Onboarding Specialist for Google Ads. You will onboard clients, drive growth in the German market, and deliver PPC campaigns as a trusted advisor. This is a hybrid role with a clear focus on growth, retention and client advocacy.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales/marketing, fluent German and English, and strong communication and analytical skills to thrive in a dynamic team.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of proven sales and/or marketing experience.
• German at C2 level and English at C1 level.
• Strong communication, time management and analytical skills.

Position: German-speaking Sales and Onboarding Specialist - Google Ads
Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)
Start Date: 31 August, 2026 (September start date to be confirmed soon)
Purpose of the RoleAs a German Google Ads Sales Executive, you will drive growth for our valued clients in the German market. You will serve as a trusted advisor, focusing on providing exceptional service-oriented Google Ads solutions to emerging businesses and established local enterprises. Your objective is to onboard a portfolio of new clients, minimize churn, and identify opportunities for growth and advocacy. We seek a proactive individual with a proven sales track record who can thrive in a goal-oriented environment and deliver high-performing PPC campaigns.Requirements

• BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience
• Proven sales and/or marketing experience (2+ years preferred)
• C2 level of German and C1 level of English
• Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills

Relocation package:

• Flight expenses to Barcelona
• 1 month of accommodation provided upon arrival while you find your permanent home
