WW Talents in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive to drive new business in the German-speaking market. You will manage the full sales cycle, conduct outbound prospecting, and demonstrate the product to potential customers.
The role offers a base salary of €30,000 with uncapped commissions, a clear ramp, 22 days leave, and a path from AE to senior commercial roles. You must reside in Spain and have the right to work there.
Formación
- Native-level or bilingual proficiency in German.
- Strong professional communication in English.
- Currently living in Spain and eligible to work there.
- 1–6 years in a commercial or customer-facing role.
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Executive, SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or Outbound Prospecting is valued.
Responsabilidades
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle from first contact to closing.
- Prospect and engage potential clients in the German-speaking market.
- Conduct outbound calls and handle high-volume sales activity.
- Demonstrate product and manage trials through to conversion.
- Achieve sales KPIs related to calls, demos, and revenue.
