WW Talents in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive to drive the full B2B sales cycle in the German market. You will prospect, demo, close deals, and manage trials, with the goal of growing monthly recurring revenue.

A base salary and uncapped commissions offer strong earning potential, with clear ramp-up and career progression. Candidates must reside in Spain with legal right to work; relocation is not provided.

Formación

• Native-level or bilingual German required.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Currently reside in Spain with legal right to work in Spain.
• 1–6 years in a commercial or customer-facing role.
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Executive, SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Telesales, Lead Generation, Call Center or Outbound Prospecting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full B2B sales cycle from first contact to closing.
• Prospect and engage potential clients in the German-speaking market.
• Conduct outbound calls and manage high-volume sales activity.
• Make approximately 80–100 calls per day.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Manage free trials and guide prospects through the buying process.
• Convert trials into paid subscriptions and generate new MRR.
• Handover new customers to the Customer Experience team after activation.
