WW Talents is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive to drive new business in the German-speaking market from Madrid, Spain. You will own the full B2B sales cycle, conduct product demos, manage trials, and convert leads into paying subscribers.

Join an international team with uncapped commissions, a clear ramp-up, and career progression from AE to senior commercial roles. Work hours align with US time zones when required and Spanish work rights are mandatory.

Formación

• Native-level or bilingual in German.
• Residence in Spain with right to work in Spain.
• 1–6 years in a commercial or customer-facing role.
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Executive, SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Telesales, Lead Generation, Call Center, or Outbound Prospecting is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full B2B sales cycle from first contact to closing.
• Prospect and engage potential clients in the German-speaking market.
• Conduct outbound calls and manage a high volume of sales activity.
• Make approximately 80–100 calls per day.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Manage free trials and guide prospects through the buying process.
• Convert trials into paid subscriptions.
• Generate new Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
• Work with system-assigned leads and maintain follow-up.
• Achieve sales KPIs related to calls, demos, conversions, and revenue; close new opportunities.
• Hand over new customers to the Customer Experience team after subscription activation.
