WW Talents is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive to join our fast-growing international sales team in Madrid, Spain. You will own the full sales cycle, prospect German-speaking clients, and convert leads into paying subscribers in an outbound-driven role.

You must reside in Spain with the legal right to work, and bring 1–6 years in sales or related roles. The position offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and clear progression paths.

Formación

• Native-level German and bilingual English
• Currently living in Spain with legal right to work in Spain
• 1–6 years in a commercial or customer-facing role

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full B2B sales cycle from first contact to closing.
• Prospect and engage potential clients in the German-speaking market.
• Conduct outbound calls and manage a high volume of sales activity.
• Make approximately 80–100 calls per day.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Manage free trials and guide prospects through the buying process.
• Convert trials into paid subscriptions and generate MRR.
• Handover new customers to the Customer Experience team after activation.
