WW Talents seeks a German-speaking Account Executive in Madrid to lead the full B2B sales cycle, prospect German-speaking clients, and close deals. You’ll work in an international team with a performance-driven culture and a strong focus on revenue growth.

You must reside in Spain with the legal right to work, be fluent in German and English, and have 1–6 years in sales or related roles. The role offers a permanent contract, uncapped commission, and a structured ramp-up with a €30,000 base

Formación

• Native-level German or bilingual proficiency
• Experience in sales, business development, outbound prospecting, inside sales or account management
• Strong communication and target-driven mindset

Responsabilidades

• Manage full B2B sales cycle from first contact to closing
• Prospect and engage German-speaking clients
• Conduct outbound calls and manage high-volume activities
• Deliver product demos and meetings with prospects
• Manage free trials and convert to paid subscriptions
• Achieve KPIs for calls, demos, conversions and revenue
• Handover new customers to Customer Experience after activation
