WW Talents in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive to drive new business in the German-speaking market. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and present product demos to potential customers.

Ideal candidates have 1–6 years in sales or account management, are fluent in German and English, reside in Spain, and are comfortable working with KPIs and revenue targets.

Formación

• Fluent German (native or bilingual)
• English proficiency required
• Residence in Spain with legal right to work in Spain
• 1–6 years in sales or a customer-facing role
• Experience in outbound prospecting, B2B sales, or account management is highly valued

Responsabilidades

• Manage full B2B sales cycle from first contact to closing
• Prospect and engage potential clients in the German-speaking market
• Conduct outbound calls and product demonstrations
• Handle free trials and convert to paid subscriptions
• Achieve KPIs on calls, demos, conversions, and revenue
• Coordinate handover of new customers to the Customer Experience team
