WW Talents in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive to drive new business in the German-speaking market. You will manage the complete sales cycle, engage prospects through outbound prospecting, and convert qualified leads into paying subscribers.

You will work in an international environment with a performance-driven culture, a clear path for progression, and uncapped earning potential. Candidates must reside in Spain with the right to work. Relocation is not provided.

Formación

• Native or bilingual German language skills required.
• Strong English communication abilities for international teams.
• Currently living in Spain with legal work rights.
• 1–6 years in a commercial or customer-facing role or similar sales functions.
• Experience in sales, business development, account executive, or outbound prospecting is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full B2B sales cycle from first contact to closing.
• Prospect and engage potential clients in the German-speaking market.
• Conduct outbound calls and handle a high volume of activity (approx. 80–100 calls/day).
• Deliver product demos and convert trials into paid subscriptions.
• Meet KPIs for calls, demos, conversions and revenue; hand over customers post-subscription.
