WW Talents in Madrid, Spain is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive to drive new business in the German market. You will manage the full sales cycle, conduct outbound prospecting, and convert leads into paying subscribers within an international SaaS sales team.

The role requires residing in Spain with legal right to work, strong German and English communication, and 1–6 years in sales or related roles. Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and clear career progression await.

Formación

• Native-level or bilingual proficiency in German.
• Strong professional communication skills in English.
• Currently living in Spain and eligible to work in Spain.
• Legal right to work in Spain.
• 1–6 years of experience in a commercial or customer-facing role.
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Executive, SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Lead Generation is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full B2B sales cycle from first contact to closing.
• Prospect and engage potential clients in the German-speaking market.
• Conduct outbound calls and manage a high volume of sales activity.
• Perform client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Manage free trials and convert trials into paid subscriptions.
• Generate new Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
• Hit KPIs related to calls, demos, conversions and revenue.
• Close new business opportunities and hand over customers to CX after activation.
