WW Talents is hiring a German-speaking Account Executive in Madrid to drive new business in the German-speaking market. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and nurture customer relationships through the onboarding process.

The role requires German proficiency, strong English, and 1–6 years in sales or related roles, with a focus on meeting targets in a fast-growing international team.

Formación

• German-speaking (native-level or bilingual)
• Strong English communication
• Residence in Spain with legal right to work
• 1–6 years in a commercial or customer-facing role
• Experience in sales-related roles is valued
• Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full B2B sales cycle from first contact to closing in the German-speaking market
• Prospect and engage potential clients, conducting outbound calls and product demonstrations
• Handle free trials and convert them into paid subscriptions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue KPIs
• Coordinate handover of new customers to Customer Experience after activation
