Nordicrecruiters is seeking a proactive Onboarding Account Manager fluent in German to join our Barcelona team. In a hybrid role, you will onboard new clients, guide them through setting up digital marketing and PPC campaigns, and act as their trusted advisor.

You’ll craft tailored solutions, manage CRM data, and support upselling while collaborating across teams. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in client-facing roles, strong German and English, and experience with CRM and digital marketing

Formación

• University degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience; marketing or communications study background is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles with client relationships or digital marketing experience.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new clients and guide them through setup of digital marketing and PPC campaigns.
• Act as trusted advisor and tailor solutions to client objectives.
• Manage CRM data carefully and support upselling and long-term growth.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver results with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
