Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a German Ads Onboarding Account Manager to guide new advertisers from account setup to early optimisation in a hybrid workspace with relocation support.

You will manage a portfolio, provide strategic consulting, launch and optimize PPC campaigns, engage clients via calls, meetings, and email, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding.

Formación

• Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1).
• Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing.
• Strong leadership, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
• Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, technology, and digital advertising.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a portfolio of newly onboarded advertisers and ensure a smooth activation.
• Understand clients’ business objectives and recommend advertising strategies.
• Create, launch, and optimise data-driven PPC campaigns following best practices.
• Support advertisers through calls, virtual meetings, and email communication.
• Identify upselling opportunities by introducing advanced features and expansion strategies.
• Monitor KPIs, assess trends, and refine strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
• Stay informed about Google Ads updates and digital marketing trends.
