Qualifications

• German (C1–C2) required for flawless client communication and fluent business English for internal use.
• Ability to autonomously manage client portfolios while using CRM and digital tools.
• Willingness to perform outbound calls to engage executives and build rapport.
• Proficiency with modern digital and AI tools to automate data processing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, commercial awareness, and results focus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for onboarding new business accounts and designing PPC campaigns aligned with client goals.
• Perform ongoing outbound calls to educate clients, build trust, and maximize account value.
• Assess client objectives to build scalable, high-impact campaign configurations.
• Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions within CRM with precision.
• Analyze campaign metrics and provide actionable optimization guidance to clients.
• Assist clients in connecting Google Ads with broader sales funnels, including landing pages and audience segmentation.
• Provide local market insights and feedback from Germany to help shape product and service offerings.
