Job summary

Ignite in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking marketing consultant to manage a portfolio of mid-sized businesses and tech innovators. You will maximize Google Ads implementations, reduce churn, and identify revenue expansion opportunities within your accounts.

Fluency in German (C1–C2) and strong business English are required, with a hybrid work model (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• German (C1–C2) and English required for client communication.
• Proven ability to manage client portfolios independently using CRM systems.
• Strong outbound calling skills to engage senior executives.
• Tech-savvy with ability to use AI tools for data analysis and personalized engagements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, persuasion, and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and design high-yield PPC strategies aligned with goals.
• Proactively engage portfolio via outbound calls to educate and expand value.
• Assess objectives and launch tailored, scalable campaigns for ROI.
• Maintain precise logs of client interactions in enterprise CRM.
• Analyze campaigns and deliver actionable optimization recommendations.
• Guide integration of Google Ads with broader digital funnels.
• Share market observations to refine products and services.
