Job summary

Ignite in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Google Ads Account Strategist to lead a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts. You will act as a growth advisor, managing mid-market and tech clients, driving ROAS, reducing churn, and expanding recurring revenue across a dynamic, international team on the Mediterranean coast.

Hybrid work is offered (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) with a 39-hour week, a base salary of €26,000 plus a €4,000 performance bonus, and clear pathways to increased base

Qualifications

• German at native/C1-C2 level and English proficiency for internal operations.
• Experience autonomously managing B2B accounts with CRM usage.
• Outreach via telephone to senior decision-makers.
• Familiar with AI and digital tools to enhance reporting and messaging.
• Strong communication, commercial acumen, and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and PPC strategy for corporate Google Ads accounts.
• Proactively engage clients via outbound calls to drive growth and tool adoption.
• Design agile advertising configurations to maximize ROAS.
• Maintain CRM records with precise histories and milestones.
• Analyze campaign metrics and translate data into executive-ready insights.
• Advise on integrating Google Ads into broader sales pipelines.
• Gather market feedback to inform product and service development.
