Ignite in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Account Manager to oversee a premier Google Ads client roster for German-speaking B2B markets. This role blends hands-on campaign leadership with strategic advisory, in a hybrid setup at the World Trade Center, offering growth and international opportunities.

You will onboard new corporate clients, design PPC strategies, conduct proactive outreach, tailor campaigns, and analyze performance to protect retention and unlock expansion.

Qualifications

• Languages: Full German fluency (C1–C2) and strong business English.
• Operational capabilities: Proven ability to manage client relationships independently and use CRM smoothly.
• Active communication: Proactive outbound phone outreach to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Tech savviness: Practical experience with AI applications to streamline data analysis and tailor client proposals.
• Interpersonal & business skills: Strong spoken and written communication, persuasive abilities, commercial sense, and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and PPC strategy for new corporate accounts.
• Outreach activities across your account portfolio to educate partners and drive expansion.
• Assess objectives to build customized, flexible campaign architectures for ROI.
• Record detailed account activity in the company CRM.
• Analyze ad performance and provide actionable optimization reports.
• Assist accounts in aligning Google Ads with conversion funnels and landing pages.
• Relay regional market insights from Germany to product leads.
