Job summary

Ignite in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Google Ads Account Strategist / Onboarding Account Manager to guide a portfolio of mid-sized and tech clients within the German market. You will onboard new accounts, tailor PPC strategies, and drive ROI while expanding partnerships with German-speaking businesses in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Languages: Fluent German (C1–C2) with business English proficiency.
• Operational capabilities: Independently manage client portfolios and CRM workflows.
• Active communication: Willingness to perform outbound calls to senior executives.
• Tech savviness: Comfortable leveraging digital/AI tools to tailor client engagements.
• Interpersonal & business skills: Strong written/verbal communication, commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and develop high-yield PPC strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct outbound calls to educate and expand portfolio value.
• Assess client objectives to launch tailored, scalable campaigns for quick ROI.
• Maintain accurate CRM logs of all client interactions and milestones.
• Analyze campaign data and deliver actionable performance summaries with recommendations.
• Guide clients to integrate Google Ads with broader digital strategies, including landing pages.
