Ignite in Barcelona seeks a German-speaking Google Ads Account Strategist / Onboarding Account Manager to manage premier B2B clients. You will drive onboarding and PPC strategy, building strong relationships and expanding opportunities within a fast-moving market.

Responsibilities include outbound engagement, tailored campaign setup, and data-driven optimization. Hybrid work with relocation support and a private healthcare package is offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1–C2) and strong business English.
• Ability to manage client relationships independently in CRM environments.
• Proactive enthusiasm for phone-based outreach to senior stakeholders.
• Experience using AI tools to analyze data and tailor client proposals.
• Strong communication, commercial drive and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and design PPC strategies for new accounts.
• Conduct outbound calls to educate partners and drive expansion.

• Maintain detailed CRM records of all activities.
• Analyze ad performance and prepare optimization reports.
• Help accounts sync Google Ads with wider funnels and pages.
