Job summary

Ignite in Barcelona seeks a German-speaking Google Ads Account Strategist / Onboarding Account Manager to manage mid-market accounts and tech clients. You will own onboarding, campaign strategy, and ongoing engagement to minimize churn and drive expansion across a global client base.

Expect a hybrid工作 model with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote, a base salary of €26,000 plus €4,000 bonus (€30,000 OTE) and clear progression to €30,000. Fluent German and strong English are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent German with strong English for internal operations.
• Experience managing corporate accounts and CRM tools.
• Comfort with outbound calls to senior decision-makers.
• Ability to use AI and analytics tools to tailor reporting.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new corporate accounts and design PPC strategies aligned to growth.
• Perform outbound outreach to educate clients and expand revenue streams.
• Assess client targets to build high-performing ad campaigns.
• Maintain accurate CRM logs and track milestones and pipeline.
• Analyze campaign metrics and deliver actionable optimization plans.
• Help integrate Google Ads into broader digital funnels and test audiences.
