Ignite in Barcelona seeks a German-speaking Google Ads Account Strategist / Onboarding Account Manager to oversee a growing German-speaking client portfolio. Hybrid role with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote, based at the World Trade Center Barcelona.

You will onboard clients, tailor PPC strategies, analyze campaigns, and collaborate with sales and product teams to maximize ROI. A structured advancement path and relocation support are offered, with private health coverage and a beachfront office.

Qualifications

• Languages: German (C1–C2) and English for professional communication.
• Operational capability to manage client portfolios and navigate CRM systems.
• Comfort with outbound telephone outreach to engage senior executives.

Responsabilités

• Client Onboarding & PPC Strategy: serve as the main contact, crafting high-yield PPC plans.
• Proactive Client Engagement: run outbound calls to educate clients and grow account value.
• Needs Assessment & Setup: align objectives to scalable, ROI-focused campaigns.
• CRM & Portfolio Management: maintain precise logs of touches and milestones.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: provide actionable summaries and recommendations.
• Funnel & Content Integration: connect Google Ads with landing pages and audience tests.
• Market Feedback Loop: share German market insights to refine services.
