Job summary

Ignite in Barcelona seeks a German-speaking Google Ads Account Strategist / Onboarding Account Manager to guide onboarding and PPC strategy for B2B clients. You will manage relationships across a portfolio of German-market accounts, driving ad adoption and retention while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role combines on-site collaboration in a world-class facility at the World Trade Center Barcelona with a flexible hybrid schedule and ongoing Google certification opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1–C2) and business English required.
• Ability to manage client relationships independently with CRM experience.
• Proactive phone-based outreach to engage high-level stakeholders.
• Practical experience using AI tools to analyze data and tailor proposals.
• Strong communication, commercial acumen and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new corporate Google Ads accounts and design PPC strategies.
• Conduct outbound calls to educate partners and drive expansion.
• Assess objectives to build customized, ROI-focused campaigns.
• Maintain detailed CRM records of all activity.
• Analyze ad performance and provide actionable optimization insights.
• Assist accounts in aligning Google Ads with broader conversion funnels.
