Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a German Speaking Player Support Specialist to join our Gaming & Esports team in Bulgaria. You will handle live chat, email and phone inquiries from German-speaking players, troubleshoot in-game issues, and deliver friendly, timely help while upholding brand standards.

You will work in a dynamic, multicultural environment, receive fully paid training and relocation assistance (flight, transfer, hotel).

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German is essential.
• EU passport is mandatory.
• Experience in customer support or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to players in German via live chat, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve in-game issues and account problems.
• Act as a brand ambassador and foster a positive player experience.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments as needed.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and FAQs.
• Gather player feedback to identify trends and improvements.
• Maintain product knowledge for supported games and services.
