Cross Border Talents is seeking a Digital Account Manager with German language skills to onboard and support German clients, helping them grow and succeed. You will act as a trusted advisor, designing PPC campaigns, driving adoption, and identifying growth opportunities.

You will make outbound calls, manage client objectives with a cross-functional team, maintain CRM data, and deliver excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced international environment.

Formación

• 20+ months of sales and/or marketing experience in client-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of the German market and business practices.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and AI-driven outreach strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently and in teams.
• Understanding of GDPR and local digital marketing regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard a portfolio of new clients and design high-performing PPC campaigns.
• Make outbound calls to engage businesses and present tailored advertising solutions.
• Understand client objectives and create strategies for short-term impact and long-term success.
• Increase campaign investment through upselling and optimization.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client data in CRM systems.
• Handle high daily call volumes while delivering excellent customer experience.
