Job summary

AetherCore is seeking a proactive, results-driven candidate to join our onboarding team and support new clients in launching their first online advertising campaigns. You will work toward individual targets within a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a broader onboarding group.

You will partner with clients to understand objectives, drive spend growth, upsell where appropriate, and manage multiple campaigns via phone outreach.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent; advanced degrees are a plus.
• EU ID or Spanish Residence card.
• German C1 and English C1 proficiency.
• 1–2 years in sales and/or online advertising.
• Strong targets-focused and customer satisfaction mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for proposals.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted consultant with customers to onboard and develop PPC campaigns
• Detect and understand the customers needs and objectives
• Be responsible for increasing spend, upselling, and ensuring sustainability
• Handle a high volume of potential clients on a daily basis through phone calls

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus)
• EU ID or Spanish Residence card
• German C1 level plus English C1
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising
• Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and customer satisfaction targets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch over the phone and create compelling proposals
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Client-focused with a keen interest in customer interaction and ownership of business goals
