Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional sales or marketing experience.
• Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1).
• Strong leadership, analytical mind, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of newly acquired advertisers, ensuring onboarding, account setup, and campaign activation.
• Understand clients' business goals, audiences, and challenges to recommend advertising solutions.
• Create, launch, manage, and optimize PPC and Google Ads campaigns according to client objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships via calls, virtual meetings, and email.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Identify upsell opportunities and expand client use of available solutions.
• Analyze campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and use data-driven insights to improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and high-quality support.
• Stay updated with digital advertising trends and Google Ads features.
