Job summary

PTC is seeking a hands-on Demand Generation Manager to fuel growth in the automotive sector. You will design and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns across email, paid social, and events to generate qualified pipeline.

You’ll optimize lead lifecycle, scoring, and routing with Sales and Marketing Ops, delivering measurable improvements in MQLs/SQLs and revenue contribution. You’ll coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time delivery of assets and campaigns,

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in B2B demand generation / growth marketing; SaaS or complex solutions a plus.
• German language proficiency at professional level.
• Proven experience executing multi-channel campaigns with data-driven optimization.
• Knowledge of lead lifecycle concepts (MQL/SQL), nurturing, and retargeting.
• comfort collaborating with Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver pipeline results.
• Strong project management; familiarity with marketing automation + CRM; dashboards/analytics.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, paid social, ads, webinars, events.
• Build and manage landing pages, content offers, audiences, and nurture tracks.
• Maintain an always-on nurture motion and retargeting to move buyers through funnel.
• Partner with Marketing Ops/Sales Ops to route leads and improve data quality.
• Track performance and build dashboards; optimize targeting, creative, and channels.
• Coordinate briefs with creative vendors and agency partners; ensure timelines.
