EF English Live seeks a Customer Success Agent in Barcelona to welcome and onboard students, helping them set up the platform and build strong learning habits. You will report to the German Customer Success Manager and work 9 am–7 pm, with two days per week in the Barcelona Office.

The role involves hosting onboarding webinars, ensuring timely payments, solving student issues, and serving as the customer-facing ambassador of EF English Live to ensure an exceptional experience and low

Formación

• Native German speaker; English (B2) or higher preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for a multilingual environment.
• Experience in customer service or onboarding is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Host onboarding webinars and introduce platform features to new students.
• Ensure customers meet payment schedules and manage accounts.
• Resolve issues by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Be the primary point of contact for students via video calls, calls, chat and email.
• Represent the EF English Live brand and strive to reduce cancellations.
• Monitor student progress and contribute to a positive learning experience.
