Cross Border Talents in Madrid is seeking Customer Service Agents to be the first point of contact for customers. The role is ideal for German speakers who value patience and clear communication in a fast-moving environment. You will respond by phone, chat or email, flag recurring issues, and follow up on open cases.

Requirements: fluent English and German, EU work eligibility, and right to work in Spain. Schedule: on-site, mornings 7:00–16:00.

Formación

• Fluent in English and German.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role.

Responsabilidades

• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated
• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email
• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit
