Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Service Agent fluent in German and Spanish to join our Madrid team on-site. The role includes handling multi-channel support, logging interactions, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

This is a 3-month temporary contract with a clear path to permanent employment, supported by comprehensive paid training to ensure you succeed from day one in a vibrant Madrid location.

Formación

• Fluent German and Spanish required or native-level proficiency.
• Able to work full-time on-site in Madrid.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, or chat in both German and Spanish.
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently with a professional and helpful attitude.
• Navigate internal systems to log interactions and look up customer information.
