Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for existing and potential customers; handle escalations.
• Receive and process regular and complex orders; proactively monitor order status and notify about delays.
• Perform root cause analysis; resolve complaints and returns per policies (invoicing, deliveries, payments).
• Ensure data integrity: customer master data, materials, invoicing, inventory; coordinate with internal teams.
• Liaise with sales, logistics, credit controllers, data management, carriers, warehouse, and customers.
