Axalta is hiring a German-speaking Customer Service Representative at our Asturias facility in Spain. You will receive and process customer orders and provide service information to external customers, including complex and export orders, to ensure satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer-facing roles, a Bachelor's degree, and fluency in German and English; French is a plus. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and familiarity with SAP is beneficial as you collaborate with sales and

Qualifications

2+ years in a customer-oriented role.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Fluent German and English.
Professional French level would be a valuable asset.
Computer knowledge: Word and Excel. Good knowledge of SAP would be beneficial.
Strong problem-solving, analysis, organization, customer focus, active listening and good communication skills.

Responsabilités

Act as a primary point of contact for existing and potential external customers, acting as a subject matter expert for internal escalations.
Receive and process regular and complex orders (including export orders).
Proactively notify late orders due to product availability or transportation issues.
Handle complaints and returns per the policy and process, including deliveries, payments and invoices issues.
Monitor open orders to ensure on-time deliveries as committed.
Coordinate with sales, logistics, supply chain, credit controllers, data teams, carriers, warehouse and customers.
