Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join our international team. You will identify and contact potential business clients, generate leads, and present tailored solutions to drive growth.

Requirements include fluent German (C1) and English (B2), 2–3 years in B2B sales or business development, and experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce. This on-site role offers an international environment in Barcelona.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• German C1 and English B2 level required.
• Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, or outbound sales.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
