WW Talents in Madrid seeks a German-speaking Account Executive to drive new business in the German-speaking market. You will own the full sales cycle, engaging prospects via outbound prospecting and converting qualified leads into paying subscribers.

This role offers a permanent contract with uncapped commissions and a clear path to more senior commercial opportunities in an international team.

Formación

• German language proficiency at native or bilingual level.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full B2B sales cycle from first contact to closing.
• Prospect and engage potential clients in the German-speaking market.
• Conduct outbound calls and maintain high activity levels.
• Demonstrate products, manage trials, and convert trials into subscriptions.
• Hit KPIs related to calls, demos, and revenue.
