Job summary

Degusta Box, based in Barcelona, is seeking a Project Manager for the German Market to lead and supervise a small Operations Team. You will manage logistics, market research, and social media campaigns while supporting the Sales team with analysis and client communications.

You will coordinate timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Logistics, identifying risks and improving performance. The role requires German proficiency and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• German language at native or near-native level.
• At least 2 years of experience in campaign or project management.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and act on insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and campaigns end-to-end, coordinating timelines and deliverables across stakeholders.
• Coordinate complex logistics operations with suppliers and partners, ensuring deadlines and quality.
• Be the main contact for external B2B clients with proactive communication.
• Identify risks and resolve issues before they impact clients or the business.
• Analyse campaign and operational results to drive continuous improvements.
• Prepare KPI and operations reports for stakeholders with detailed insight.
• Manage project budgets and optimize resources without sacrificing quality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Logistics to strengthen partnerships.
• Balance priorities across brands, sales and operations to keep teams aligned.
• Lead and support a small Operations Team to maintain motivation during peak workloads.
