Business Intelligence Sales Consultants is hiring a German-speaking Google Ads Sales & Onboarding Specialist in Barcelona. You will onboard new advertisers in the German market, tailor PPC strategies, and drive growth while managing relationships and achieving targets.

You will combine consultative sales with customer success, leveraging CRM tools and AI-assisted outreach to maximize ROI. This role offers a hybrid work setup in Barcelona with a base salary and performance bonus.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, account management, or a related client-facing role.
• Proven success in target-driven and performance-focused environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence decision-makers and close opportunities.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new Google Ads clients in the German market as a trusted advisor.
• Develop strategic PPC recommendations to deliver quick wins and long-term growth.
• Conduct outbound sales to engage prospective advertisers and upsell opportunities.
• Manage CRM data, pipeline, and follow-up actions to meet KPIs.
• Build lasting relationships and ensure customer success and retention.
