Hiring International Academy in Barcelona is seeking a results-driven Google Ads Sales and Onboarding Specialist fluent in German to manage a client portfolio and grow revenue.

You will onboard new clients, advise on PPC campaigns, and collaborate with an international team to deliver fast, measurable results while maintaining high service standards.

Formación

• BA/BS degree (MA/MSc preferred) in marketing, communications, or related field.
• German at C2 level and high English proficiency.
• 2+ years sales or marketing experience in target-driven environments.
• Experience using AI tools in outreach and CRM familiarity.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in an international, fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new clients and advise on strategic, results-driven PPC campaigns.
• Drive sales and revenue growth through outbound calls and upsell opportunities.
• Engage with the German market to identify needs and tailor solutions.
• Manage a high-volume client portfolio and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Meet or exceed sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Cultivate long-term relationships and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and priorities.
